Coziness in a Bath of Natural Light
Airy and bright, this 1046 sq ft Pok Fu Lam flat in University Heights used yellow-hued stained wood to create a simple, cozy and modern home for a family of four. Large windows and feature wall contributes to the interiors awash with natural light and an ambience of pleasure and spaciousness. Eames chair from Aluminum, Astrid lamp from IKEA, Samuel Heath rainshower from Altfield Interiors, and the beige Sofa in living room from Home Shop represent a notion of style in this oasis of calm and harmony. This project has been featured in upscale magazines such as SCMP Post Magazine.

Timeless in Times

Trend comes and goes, however, this 2,300 sq ft flat in Baguio Villa, Pok Fu Lam embodies a lasting design that withstands the test of time. It’s a classic example of less is more in timeless design. Clifton has chosen simple colors that would set the tone for the owners’ spare but stylish flat – a color palette of black, white and grey to create a calming backdrop to their vibrant accessories, like the sofa from Ligne Roset, mini Panton-like chair from Tint Living, coffee table and side table from BRU, and the carpet from Good Idea Furniture & Design.
The two paintings by Vietnamese artist Nguyen Minh Son have added colors to the room’s neutral palette. This project has been widely covered by the media such as such as Interior Beaute, My Home, SCMP Post Magazine, Today’s Living and Oriental Sunday.

Exquisite Relaxation in Ambience of Villa Delights
This is not just another apartment of Residence Bel-Air in Pokfulam – this is a resort-like apartment with strong spa concept and delicate design features from different nations – Italian porcelain basin by Hatria from Sunny Pro, Thai bamboo sub-ceiling & raffia-surfaced cabinet, large Chinese ceramic vases from L&E and Chinese Arts & Crafts, French sliding door & toilette corner and Japanese slate tub. The floor lamp from Leo’s collection, dining suite from I&D Home Concept and walnut-wood flooring by Boen induce the relaxing atmosphere of this urban ‘villa’. This project has been widely covered by the media such as SCMP Post Magazine and Hong Kong Economic Journal.

| Interior Design by Clifton Leung - Bel-Air - Living Room with natural materials like bamboo and wood |
This project was started with a clear mission – to create a resort home for a couple who practice yoga and enjoy the spa life. As the location of the project has a magnificent and undisturbed sea view, this became the perfect inspiration for the “resort” theme design. Natural materials like sand stone, pebbles, slate, bamboo and wood have been used throughout, and special textured walls were used to blur boundaries between inside and out. Balcony shutters, an extra-large day bed in the study plus yoga room for exercise, meditation and massage – all help to create a relaxing resort feel. This is further enhanced by an open bathroom with the custom-made natural slate bath tub and shower area.
