在這個位於跑馬地冬青閣的單位最大的特色，莫過於以酒店浴室設計，連接開放式浴室與寢室，擴大了臥室的整體空間，並打造出甚為舒適的室內環境。

Magical Spacing

An open bathroom – the key feature in this apartment of Holly Court in Happy Valley, connects with the bedroom to the new bathroom location, enlarging the bedroom and adding great comfort to the environment. A semi-open kitchen is also hidden from the living and dining area, giving the best of both worlds. The ceiling light in child’s bedroom by Luceplan, together with the Nolan couch by Minotti and Magis AIR chair, spice up the entire space with a bright and fresh feel. This project has been widely covered by the media such as such as SCMP Post Magazine, Hong Kong Economic Journal, The Sun and Interior 2U.
