The PCCW-HKT shop image is characterized by an empowering façade architecture that connects people and creates experiences.

貪新不忘舊

來自澳大利亞的Joanna和她的投資銀行家丈夫Michael，在這個有著精緻室內佈局的半山巴威大廈單位找到了自己的天堂。

有別於一貫裝修工程的 “貪新忘舊”，此設計保留屋主大部分原有物品，配搭簇新的家具和配飾，如來自Herman Miller的Eames LCW木椅子，Leitmotiv的落地燈，來自Freedom的戶外家具套裝，Adairs 的坐墊，Manning & Manning餐桌，Ralph Lauren的Laurel Drive dining chairs。

Clifton巧妙地運用牆紙，顏色和窗簾，襯托這些形形色色的傢俬，使新與舊完美地融合在這別具特色的家居之中。

Out with the Old, In with the ‘Old & New’

After relocating from Australia, Joanna Lee and her husband, Michael, an investment banker, found their own paradise in this perfect apartment in Babington in Mid-Levels.

Unlike a typical ‘Out with the old, in with the new” renovation, the owners decided to bring most of their existing possessions with them, blending perfectly with the new furniture and accessories such as Eames LCW wooden chairs for Herman Miller, spider floor lamp by Leitmotiv, outdoor furniture set from Freedom, cushion from Adairs, dining table from Manning & Manning, and Laurel Drive dining chairs by Ralph Lauren.

Clifton unconventionally applied wallpapers, colours and curtains that would match with these ‘old & new’ collections.

This project has been featured in upscale magazines such as SCMP Post Magazine, Interior Beaute, Hong Kong Economic Journal and Sing Tao Property Browser.

Located in the Holly Court in Happy Valley, the perfect rearrangement of the layout in this apartment enlarges the bedroom and adding great comfort to the environment. A semi-open kitchen is also blended into the living and dining area, giving the best of both worlds.

寫意日光浴

簡約、清雅、明亮、通風—這個位於薄扶林翰林軒的單位，以經典白色為主調，配以淺色木料運用，流露出家的舒適感。光線通過偌大窗戶滲入， 讓一家四口可以浸浴在日光之中，寫意溫馨。配上特色白磚牆，使這個充斥著自然光線的家流露著愉快的氛圍。來自Aluminum的伊姆斯椅子，來自宜家家居的Astrid lamp，和客廳裡的米色沙發，充分反映出屋主的品味和格調。曾報導此項目的傳媒包括南華早報 Post Magazine。

Coziness in a Bath of Natural Light

Airy and bright, this 1046 sq ft Pok Fu Lam flat in University Heights used yellow-hued stained wood to create a simple, cozy and modern home for a family of four. Large windows and feature wall contributes to the interiors awash with natural light and an ambience of pleasure and spaciousness. Eames chair from Aluminum, Astrid lamp from IKEA, Samuel Heath rainshower from Altfield Interiors, and the beige Sofa in living room from Home Shop represent a notion of style in this oasis of calm and harmony. This project has been featured in upscale magazines such as SCMP Post Magazine.

Spa Relaxation after the Hectic City Life

Located in Seabee Lane in Discovery Bay, it is a spa house with minimal design concept – an open kitchen with a large backyard, bringing the inside out and the outside in, to create a relaxing alfresco environment.

永不褪色的時代設計

潮流日新月異，但在這2300平方呎、位於薄扶林碧瑤灣的單位，簡約至最的設計卻是經得起時間考驗的經典範例。Clifton選擇了簡單的顏色— 黑，白，灰作基礎，為廣闊的單位打造出時尚的背景。配上Ligne Roset的沙發，來自Tint Living的迷你潘頓椅(Panton-like chair)，以及BRU的茶几和邊桌，為空間注入滿滿的活力和色彩。

兩幅出自越南藝術家Nguyen Minh Son手筆 的油畫為房間的中性色調一份清雅和藝術美。該項目已被廣泛報導的媒體，如雅舍、自主空間、南華早報Post Magazine、今日家居和東方新地。

Timeless in Times

Trend comes and goes, however, this 2,300 sq ft flat in Baguio Villa, Pok Fu Lam embodies a lasting design that withstands the test of time. It’s a classic example of less is more in timeless design. Clifton has chosen simple colors that would set the tone for the owners’ spare but stylish flat – a color palette of black, white and grey to create a calming backdrop to their vibrant accessories, like the sofa from Ligne Roset, mini Panton-like chair from Tint Living, coffee table and side table from BRU, and the carpet from Good Idea Furniture & Design.
The two paintings by Vietnamese artist Nguyen Minh Son have added colors to the room’s neutral palette. This project has been widely covered by the media such as such as Interior Beaute, My Home, SCMP Post Magazine, Today’s Living and Oriental Sunday.
